Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Good service of 1 of 2 servers work. The place was almost empty. After we sat, the manager told everyone else that it would take 45 minutes before they were sitting. They all left. I guess we were lucky, but I'm not sure if this place is on the right management track. Other restaurants seem to find staff.

I always love to come here for breakfast or lunch. They are prices very reasonable and their food is always delicious hot and fresh. The shop is always nice to see from candy to candles to clothes and much more. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff is very friendly.

Gave it five stars because overall the food is always exceptional. With the curbside at the Decatur location it is very confusing to keep moving the location of the signs. That was step one to me getting my food over 20 minutes after it was done. I did not receive a text, they said my parking space notification did not come through, and the purpose of a person's telephone number when ordering food sometimes is to pick it up and say it's ready. Outside of my last visit this is a place for great food.

This is the BEST restaurant in Decatur AL. You are located on Beltline street and Sandlin rd.

The fried chicken dinner was excellent with two large pieces of fried breast and three vegetables and some good maize bread muffins. Fast and friendly service. And warm food waiting when I arrived. We did the execution.
