Cicis - Decatur

Louis, the manager of the Decatur, Georgia business, is kind and attentive.

My family and I dined at this restaurant and had a terrible experience. The new manager was extremely rude, and the staff seemed unenthusiastic about delivering our pizza - when they did, they only gave us 4 slices. We waited for 2 hours and no one came to take our orders, and they closed up shop and cleaned an hour before closing time. The new manager should be fired, and the new employees either need to be trained better or let go. My brother worked here last year when the old manager was in charge, and everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, the new manager has let all the old staff go and the quality of the restaurant has declined significantly.

Okay. The service we received was good, and the bill was reasonable. The restaurant was not very crowded, so it was not too busy or lacking in attention.

When we came in, there were two dried up discs with spinach, three veggie, and like two cheese and bbqn huh. the increase was one pfefferoni and sprinkled in the next 30 minutes in cake. bro. we came to eat. we spray two cakes with snacks at home. what kind of harm do we want to cause on a buffet? I am worried about a buffet that I will take too much for another family. What's going on? my children will pull me at least every two months to get the cinnamon rolls ready.

I like this CiCi’s cuz they keep that pizza coming. It gets busy at times, but they keep up and that is very much appreciated.
