My personal favorite is the Pittsburgh sandwich with brisket but order anything. It’s all good. House made sauces are fire. Just start at the top of the menu and work your way down. You can’t go wrong at Carol Lous.

Amazing food! Amazing prices! Order early or miss out on the best stuff. We loyal customers dont mess around, sorry. One recommendation, always order extra sauce. They put a nice amount but you'll want more.

Hurry up and EAT HERE!! You won't be sorry. We ate there today and our three meals were EXCELLENT! We had brisket and slaw sandwiches, fries, and a brisket pony shoe. All of it was fabulous. We called in the morning and scheduled a 2:00 pickup. All of the food was done right on time. Thank you all for a great lunch.

If you are ever in Decatur....this is the best BBQ hands down. It's always fresh, and tender. Melts in your mouth. A must try! You won't regret it!
