Baskin-robbins - Decatur

Joshua is fantastic. His enthusiasm is infectious and entertaining. I will definitely be returning. The food and drinks are typical of the Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins chain style, but they are great for what they are.

Where do I start? The windows are dirty only drive thru is open homeless people sleeping around the building like it’s a homeless shelter people walking up to the drive thru ordering food hold on I’m not done playing loud music out of the establishment like it’s not a franchise. Geez ? hire better people to run your business.

I was having a great day before I stopped by to get a shake from Baskin Robbins. Got to the speaker and no one attended to me, I then drove up to the window. I was told that I could not place my order at the window and that I had to go back on the line which had 10 cars. Staff is not friendly and very rude. General manager needs to have an intervention with employees.

I entered the restaurant to pick up an order for Uber Eats. I waited for five minutes while employees walked past me, making eye contact but not saying anything. Eventually, someone asked who I was there for. After that, I had to wait another five minutes for the two orders to be ready. None of the staff were wearing hair nets, and everyone, including a man with long hair and a beard, did not have any customer service skills.
