Arby's - Decatur

Everything we ordered was perfect and fresh! The young man at the drive-thru was very friendly! Way to go, Arby's! Great experience!

Slowest fast food restaurant in town. We sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes just waiting for our order to be taken, even though they weren't busy.

Cashier said heater had been broke for days and it was just far to cold in there. Sadly spent $31.00 for 2 little meals. Was going to eat inside but after seeing how cold it was we just got our food to go and ate in the

The manager refused to pick my call up several times. Blamed it on the door dasher several times as well. Tonight's manager deserves to be fired. He is absolutely a trash manager as he wouldn't answer until I star 67'nd him. As soon as I blocked my number,l he picked up. I told him the issue I had, and he blamed it on an innocent delivery driver. I will never order another thing from this location because they can not take responsibility for their own faults.

This has to be the worse run unit in the Arby's company. Always out of something, never properly staffed. Food is always consistent, but rest leaves a lot to be desired.
