Apple's Asian House By Mint - Decatur

The food is consistently outstanding! Alex was our server and was very attentive, offering great suggestions for the daily specials. We dine at a variety of restaurants, and Apple House ranks among the best for quality and satisfaction. If you have the opportunity, definitely check it out. I assure you, you won't be disappointed!

My boyfriend took me to this restaurant after he found a fantastic deal on Groupon. At first, we were quite hesitant because it’s located inside a rundown shopping center, but we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! I ordered the Tom Yum seafood soup and the Pad Thai with shrimp, both of which were excellent! My boyfriend had the Panang Curry and the Spicy Crab Roll, and he really enjoyed both. He’s very particular about his sushi and tends to be quite critical, as he prefers fine dining, so his positive experience speaks volumes about this place. I tried his Spicy Crab Roll and loved it too. I'm surprised by its Google rating; it definitely deserves to be much higher!

Since it was our first time at the restaurant, we opted for some standard dishes: a sushi appetizer (tuna, salmon, shrimp), a tempura bagel roll, and Pad Thai. Everything was quite good! Now that we know they excel in the basics, we'll be adventurous and try more diverse items on our next visit. Our server, Carrie, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We give her service a solid 5 stars! We will certainly come back again!
