Contribuiți la feedbackWhere should I start? We were greeted by someone who didn't work in the restaurant first. This person didn't know what to insert. Why there was someone who only takes money from customers is beyond me. We ordered a large combo, originally asked for wedges, and they only had tons. We chose 2 tomato soups for the sides. We slowed them down. I told her a big combo with two soups... Just to ask the reception she wanted to throw away... She charged us two sandwiches and two pages... We didn't order that.... We ordered a combo. We didn't even get a big drink. After we checked the reception, we recognize this error and ask if it is to be fixed, and we know that there is no manager and nobody can do anything about it.... We complained and left with our little drink, just to follow from an employee in our car while we try to go. This was an unpleasant situation considering that it was cold outside and the only thing they did was further explain the frustration what the person did wrong, but we already knew what she did and we tried to fix it.... Without help. Food was great, experience was so terrible.
Everything is great here except don?t be in a hurry, one with you order and one assembly Her sandwich could be 20 min.
Great sandwich spot! Conveniently located in Cadillac Jacks. Try great flavors and many options. Bread is amazing. Holiday Turkey is definitely the way to sandwich in my opinion. So many great decisions. Great sandwiches! Enjoy :
The sandwiches here are amazing. My absolute favorite is the holiday turkey sandwich, it is so delicious! I also like the ear club, it's a classic sandwich, but better than normal because it's Earl of Sandwich! We don't have Earl back from Sandwich where I am, so this was a treat and we have eaten here several times on holiday. Price is very reasonable for what you get.
We eat here quite often and never had any issues. That was until Saturday, we ordered our lunch. We sat there watching other customers order, eat and leave after us. After waiting for 20 minutes my husband went to check why it's taking so long. The teanage boy told him that the other person took our food. Mind you, we watched this kid hand them what was our food. They opened up the sandwiches and touched them. They took them back up to the counter and told them they were the wrong ones. The kid turns to my husband and hand the bag to him. My husband said no I won't take this after someone else touched them. The kid so I have to make new ones. My husband said yes. The kid turned and started working on orders. Another 15 minutes past and I went up to the counter. There were 5 people in the kitchen and not one of them would acknowledge me. Finally the kids said you're waiting on your food. I said yes for over 45 minutes now. He said well it's not my fault the other person took your food. I said yes it is, you handed it to him and didn't even ask him what his order was. You just gave it to him. This kid took his gloves off and walked out. Still not one of 4 others would help me. Finally after waiting longer a lady came to the counter and headed me a bag and walked away. There was no management around to speak to. I can't believe this is how they treat there Customers and get away with it. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Owners: you need to retain your employees on his to treat their customers!!
