Domino's Pizza - De Soto

I just ordered online and when I got my food home, I discovered there was no sauce for my garlic knots, even though I was charged for an extra. The pizza was nearly burnt and extremely dry. Now they expect me to spend another $5 on gas to drive back, since there are no drivers available.

I needed a menu, and they suggested I check online. I ended up placing my order online while sitting in the dining room and got a 20% discount for ordering this way. I love saving money!

I ordered more than $80 worth of food for delivery at 6 PM, but the driver left it on my porch at 5:47 when I wasn’t home. This exposed my food to bugs, cats, dogs, and anyone else passing by. Is contactless delivery really safe? For whom? This is incredibly inconsiderate and unhealthy. I found ants and flies in my food and had to throw most of it away. Thanks for delivering my order late and ruining my evening plans while costing me over $80 for food that ended up being a feast for the bugs. Shame on you!

I've been to this store twice in the last week a half. Order the Brooklyn Hand tossed pizza, both where extremely thin. When I asked I was told the dough was over proofed but was offered no coupons or anything. Second visit, was told a certain time butupon arrival they hadn't even prepared it yet so had to wait, even thought it took me a half hour to arrive. They don't seem tocare about customer satisfaction.

Domino's. Make sure to use the takeout coupon for large $8, 3 topping pizza for major deals. Chicago has better pizza though
