Casey's - De Soto

The Lady named Sharon is a terrible person got treated like I wasn’t a customer!! Told all of us to get out of her store !! She has done a lot of damage to customers and for that at least 10 customers will not be going to Casey’s in Dewitt anymore and thanks again corporate for responding!!! And I will be talking to other people regarding this and trust that tons of people will go elsewhere

I was under the impression i could use DeWitt Chamber bucks at the DeWitt Casey’s then i get there and get told They no longer take Chamber Bucks starting December 1st! And that they don’t support the local economy or the town! This is the last time I and I’m sure Several others will no longer be buying anything from this or other locations! Officially just lost a valuable customer! Pizza was so stuck to box i had to use a spatula to get it out of the box!!!!

Ordered a pizza but later cancelled it because the guy on the phone sounded like he didn't know what he was doing. Checked my e-mail and they had the wrong toppings and would have overcharged me 4 dollars. Glad i cancelled my order. Don't think I'll order from this Casey's over the phone again.

We are fans of Casey's pizza!! Also prefer their subs!! The last visit I'd messed up my app order and she asked if that was really what I wanted? Then helped me get what I thought I'd ordered! Appreciate the extra effort in costumer service!!

Always the best breakfast pizza! Got a salad from there, they didn't have all ingredients requested, but deli worker was very apologetic and nice about situation! Love me some Casey's!
