Stella's - De Pere

The menu is compact, offering just enough choices to feel diverse, yet it can still be a bit overwhelming. I ordered the POW, and it was fantastic! I also tried the calamari, which was quite good and came with a generous portion, although it was a bit salty (the person I was with agreed). I sampled two other appetizers, and they were excellent. I also had two flavors of mojito, both of which were delicious; I recommend the coconut flavor. I’m definitely returning for drinks and appetizers!

The food was definitely worth the price. The service was acceptable, although our waitress wasn't particularly attentive to us. However, I noticed she took the time to thoroughly explain the menu to an older couple, which I appreciate. It's great to see staff willing to help diners understand their options. I'll definitely be returning.

Finally, I can say that Stellas is a must-try! I absolutely loved it! The decor is very trendy. The shrimp dish was outstanding, and the lasagna was superb as well. Our server was fantastic. I will definitely be returning!

Have waited a while to check Stella 's out and last night was the perfect opportunity to be mid-week. First, I want to hire their interior architects because the place looks amazing. I love rebuilding and respect their decision to revise things, even if they had a perfect restaurant in this situation. Miss the Shrimp Grits (Oh man, I am THAT person now). Stella's menu is concise while still enough options. Great wine list and of course great beers. As always, impressed by their offers. Honestly, as much as I love Carbs, I don't usually go to Italy, so last night I was excited to check the new place, but I didn't know what to expect. We're so glad we went to Stella. We entered outside the box and enjoyed some Cheesy Risotto balls (only something from the menu description there as an appetizer that were delicious. They were not hot in the middle (only for the knowledge of the boss - they were by no means cold-- but you know some guests would say they were cold, but were still super good. Really beautiful aromas in this smokey tomato sauce. I also tried something new when I ordered the chicken piccata. I never had that before. I didn't even know what sun attacks were. Easy to rest, people, they were amazing (like the rest of the plate! . Seriously, I was talking about it this morning. The prices were also very fair. My husband has a lot of food on his Italian sauce Pasta Entree. Megan was a fantastic server and made us a great experience at Stella 's. We will definitely come back. We love to visit restaurants under this property, they know what they do. Thank you.

Food is awesome. Probably the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy. If you haven’t been to Stella’s yet I would highly recommend it.
