Dairy Queen Grill Chill - De Pere

Extremely disappointed in this DQ location. I have gone multiple times with hit or miss. My order is always correct but the workers are rarely friendly. When my friends and I entered this past Saturday, both front cashier workers were on their phonesand did not acknowledge us. My friend went to order and had to wait until the young cashier was done texting, no apology, nosmile. Unprofessional. The workers on the ice cream machines were doing amazing and communicating but food and register wereunorganized and too busy on their phones to do their jobs correctly. As a worker in the fast food industry myself there is noexcuse for this behavior.

This place is always closed. They claim they?re understaffed, but clearly see plenty of staff walking around. One employee was sitting on the top of the garbage fence and gave us a sad face and two thumbs down as we pulled through the drive through. 8:39on a Friday, summer night.

I love DQ. I wish the s?mores ice cream wasn?t seasonal. That?s usually the one thing I always crave ???? the chili cheese fries are very good. HUGE serving ..so enough to share with someone else

I arrived 10 mins before closing 853pm to grab 2 birthday cakes for my kids, I was clearly rushing to grab cakes and the cashier said they couldn?t help me and that the lobby was closed. They said if I wanted to select cakes I had to go to the drivethru and blindly select a cake, I wasn?t allowed to come in and look at the case even though they were clearly still open. Theysaid maybe I could stop another day. So rude.

I love DQ. I wish the more ice was not seasonal. This is usually the one thing I always long the Chili cheese Pries are very good. HUGE serves ..so enough to share with someone else
