My husband reserved it for dinner as my birthday suprise. Great memorable experience. Loved it. But food was not worth paying it. They could improve in food quality and quantity.

Definitely recommend the ride in beautiful weather and in good company. That would override the rather plain finger food. The sweet platter is not so bad. But the money's worth is only for the ride. We did the afternoon tea

Reservation is required through email. They seemed very strict about it even if you are going for afternoon tea on the boat. According to the receptionist the chef needs a day to prepare the tea and the sanwiches. However after several tries they agreed that I pay in the restaurant and make a reservation without payment for the same day. I went on a week day. The waiter was such a sweet person his name was gerico. I got asked more than 5 times by the staff there why do i wish to go on the boat trip alone which i found funny . I needed some me time . It is such a great place for me time . They offered typical tea, little cakes (chocolate and cheese cake bites)(not bad), 2 macroons (good),, a fruit plate (good but some were not very fresh) and simple sandwiches which weren 't that great. The only choice you get is (tea or coffee) you dont get to choose the flavors of the macroons, cakes, or sandwiches. The weather was amazing and the boat was very easy to ride. It was such a great experience. Very relaxing and mind soothing. I went at 5:00pm and the trip lasted for 1 hour so I got to watch the beautiful sunset with dubai 's skyline. Fortunately alcohol is not allowed on the boat lol. No sound system is provided on the boat.

A very romantic experience especially that we chose a perfect timing when it comes to whether sunset, we went at 17.30. I believe it would also be fun for a group but havent tried that. Being able to sail on your own in the water, watch the beautiful sunset view, enjoy some bbq bites is just amazing! Food is not excellent but its good enough, would advise though to bring bbq sauce some spices of ur own if u like a strong taste. Not allowed to get any food or drinks from outside but the food that you choose from the menu should be more than enough. driving the donut is a piece of cake :

Sailing at 1pm in November, this was totally a memorable and unique one hour bbq experience for us (yes, even for 2 people! . We reached the restaurant half an hour earlier and they needed some time to set up the fire. Fine with us. Two minor downsides were: The staff forgot to call us to confirm the new sailing schedule due to the strong wind and we had to follow up instead. Then, it was a challenge to maneuver the boat (pretty low motor horsepower compare to the current . We were drifted away and the staff didn't offer to tow us back even after we phoned him. We managed to get back to the dock 15 minutes late after a moment of panic. No extra charge. Now the positive.. food! We ordered: *Choice of salad antipasti nicoise *Choice of main course marinated chicken lamb skewers beef burger with portobello mushroom (AED145 per person and mixed seafood platter of salmon, hammour prawns (AED165 per person . These sets also come with jacket potato, corn on the cob, vege skewers, assorted nuts, chips nachos with dip *Complimentary dessert mini french pastries fresh fruit platters *Drinks Sprite AED18 per can *1 hour sailing time AED300 The quantity and quality were way over our expectations! We thought we'd end the session with a hungry tummy. Boy, we were wrong! So much well marinated delicious food to devour in so little time that we had to take away the unopened dessert box. It was a breezy day and you could also see Burj Khalifa from the creek. As a side note, they only accept credit card or cash payment. If you're reluctant to give your cc details online, it is recommended to visit the restaurant at least a day before your preferred sailing time and pay on the spot. Otherwise, no booking will be entertained.
