The owner of most of the Subway shops in this area won’t honor coupons so I refuse to go to his shops. On the rare occasion that he’s at the counter, he’s got an attitude….and not a good one.
On your app it allowed me to order three breakfast flat bread sandwiches. According to your app your location does breakfast. I go in when it says my order is ready. I am informed that my order will be refunded because you don’t serve breakfast. You said you tried to call me but that’s a lie. My phone number is up to date on my subway app and it never rang. I want to know why the app allowed me to order breakfast from your location? Other places will say item unavailable if they don’t serve a particular item. If you don’t serve breakfast why did the app allow me to order for your specific location? Should I contact corporate? I know there is certain guidelines each restaurant must follow even when franchised. Your app shouldn’t have let me order. Someone isn’t following guidelines. You’re open at 8:00 AM but you don’t serve breakfast? I look forward to your explanation.
It's a Subway chain. Hopefully you get a friendly worker that makes a great sandwich for you like mine did.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp in the front to make it accessible to those that need it.
Last few times we came here my sandwich wasn't toasted very well and ended up being super soggy. If they still had $5 foot longs I wouldn't have any room to complain. But for the price, you can get a much better sandwich from D'Angelo or any of the small local pizza places in that same price range. Subway needs to step up the quality or lower the prices back down.
