Taco Bell - Daytona Beach

I arrived before the restaurant opened, and the gentleman who took my order a few minutes before 8 was incredibly kind. I’ll definitely return due to the excellent customer service. Since my initial review, I've visited this location several times, and what I can only assume is the general manager has continued to deliver outstanding service that exceeds even Chick-fil-A's. I would choose this place over any of their competitors nearby solely for the exceptional customer service.

Be ready to dive into a fully automated experience at this restaurant. The customer-service interaction is minimal—pretty much just someone shouting your name from the back, hoping they got your order right. If you order a meal with a drink, you might find yourself having to ask repeatedly just to get your cup. Otherwise, it's just a matter of having your food dropped on a shelf, followed by name-calling. And if you have a couple of dollars to spare, consider giving them to the homeless person asking for a drink outside. It’s the least you can do—after all, who could resist helping someone in need?

While the food took a little longer to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait. Freshly prepared, I enjoyed a hot hash brown and those incredibly delicious warm Cinnabon treats, which are the reason I’m giving this place five stars. As for the service, I know everyone is dealing with delivery challenges at the moment, but this location maintained their professionalism throughout. They really took care of me, thanks to the manager and a fantastic employee. A big thank you to both of you for making my experience so enjoyable!

Around 10pm Wednesday night, I ordered the number 6, the chalupa supremes but with steak, and soft taco supreme instead of the hard taco and this is what I got. I ate half of one cause I just got off work and was super hungry, but stopped halfway becauseit just is not good at all.

Where's the flavor? I noticed a significant decrease in the quality and quantity of toppings. The taste of the food was lacking. The polite staff earns this restaurant its second star, as the issue seems to stem from upper management rather than the employees themselves.
