Rossellinis Italian Cuisine

The food was excellent, and the service was incredibly attentive. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy a delicious meal. The prices are in line with the location, but I would have happily paid them because the food is definitely worth it. One thing that surprised me was the lack of salad with the meal. I've visited plenty of Italian restaurants (not just Olive Garden and Carrabba's) where salads are typically included. They do provide bread, but according to our server, it arrives only after you've placed your order. I'm not sure about that, but alright. She mentioned that it was baked to order, but when it came out—less than two minutes later—it wasn’t warm, and the butter served in a small cup tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for too long. Without these issues, I would have rated the restaurant a 5, as my experience is based on all aspects of the meal. I hope they can replace the butter more frequently because it was quite unappetizing. That said, I would still return purely for the food. Just hoping that next time my bread is warm and the butter tastes like, well, butter! The photo is of the spaghetti with meat sauce, which was a generous portion—you definitely won't be disappointed!

I can't understand the negative reviews; perhaps they had an off night. Our experience was fantastic! I absolutely loved the décor and ambiance of the restaurant. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were enormous—I couldn't finish it all. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and location. To top it all off, the wait staff was friendly, helpful, and as attentive as possible. I highly recommend this place!

I will say the location and the ambiance are the two strongest points for this business. The patio area is very nice to dine with family and friends. The quality of the food does not hold up to other more popular Italian restaurants. The price is a just as high as other more popular restaurants. The restaurant is very clean. The lobster fettuccine was very lack luster with no real flavor. The meatballs had a very basic flavor. The godfather margaritas was very small forthe price. The bread was very tasty. The spaghetti was oily and salty.

Kyrie is absolutely fantastic! The staff is attentive and really knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. The bartender even made us some Christmas margaritas, which were delicious! For our appetizer, we had sausage and peppers (which could be a meal on its own, but it was exactly what I wanted). I ordered the lasagna, and my husband had the tilapia. We initially planned to take the tiramisu to go, but we ended up enjoying it right at the restaurant! We're so glad we discovered this place for our Christmas Eve dinner!

Out of the whole meal the only things good about the place were the mozzarella in my Mediterranean salad, the red wine and the portions. Nothing memorable about the dinner. I think they need a new chef. We go to an Italian restaurant here in Melbourne called The Dove which consistently serves fabulous food, Rossellini?s can take a lesson or 2 from the dove. It was also our anniversary dinner so the experience was anti climactic. Should?ve gone somewhere else. Oh well?
