Papa John's Pizza - Daytona Beach

I had missing items in my order and the restaurant has refused to respond or refund my money. This place is awful. Save yourself the trouble and dine somewhere else!

As someone who is not familiar with the area, my son wanted Papa John's. I found the closest location and placed my order. While I was waiting in the parking lot, the app notified me that my order was ready. I went inside the store and waited for the young lady to return from Dunkin'. She asked for my name and then seemed to have trouble finding my pizza. She made a phone call and it turned out that the delivery driver had taken my order. They ended up making me a new pizza, but they did not inform me of the situation until I inquired. I have to agree with the 1-star reviews, as my experience echoed the complaints of other customers.

As an Uber delivery driver with nearly two years of experience, this is my first ever review. The manager on duty, Kim, did not greet me, ask why I was there, or offer to take my order. She was extremely rude, yelling at other employees on duty. I do not recommend visiting this restaurant while she is working. The negative energy she exudes is something I would hate to experience as an employee.

They forgot part of my order when I called they placed me on hold for about 10 minutes when disconnected they continued to hang up on me. Pizza was also cold should have read the other reviews.

Do not go there! Yesterday I bought the worst Papa John?s pizza ever! The bare crust edge was more than two inches wide all around and the supposed three toppings were so scarce, combined they only equaled one topping. Very Last Time they see me and my .Long time customer gone.
