Ihop - Daytona Beach

I was so impressed by this ihop. a party of 19, plus a baseball team and they still managed to get the regular families in and out. the food came out in time and tasted great. our sever janie was friendly and efficient. great job!

Food is great but some of the servers need to take customer service classes. This one guy server was bad mouthing the customers at his table loud and I'm sure they heard him... He kept threatening to walk out. The manager handled the situation very well. If you live off tips, then learn patience and never badmouth the hand that feeds you. Phenomenal food though!! Great cooks!! It was fast too. I got my food to go lol

4.5 Stars. Can real close to 5 stars. Our server was fantastic . I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat. She came back 4 times giving me a good amount of time to decide each time. Never made me feel rushed. Her attitude stayed positive and friendly. Topped our coffees off often. Checked on us throughout the meal. She really took care of us. The food was pretty good and decently priced. They need to add more gravy for their biscuits. My husband didn't get enough for on his. So half his biscuit was left on the plate. My food was really good. Though the scrambled eggs were just a tad dry. The hash browns were tender and delicious. My meal came with strawberry banana french toast. That was really good too. One of the better IHOP's I've been to. I recommend this specific IHOP.

Service was great! The order was correct and the food was served hot. This location seemed a little more crowded than usual as far as table spacing. We couldn’t walk through without bumping into people.

Liz is great. EVERYTHING else about that place is horrible!! Our host Debora has a trash attitude. We actually left about a month ago because she was rude when we walked in. I gave her a chance today and her service was awful. Then she refilled my drink with a dirty cup. And I don't mean water spots. I mean it has grits and pepper and food pieces floating in it and stuck to the inside and outside of the glass. See pictures attached. It is EXACTLY how she put it on our table. We ordered chicken strips and cheese sticks and pancakes so no, it wasn't our food. I'm sick to my stomach and I'm really trying not to lose my food. I almost forgot to mention the pancakes were 4 She said Our boss Mike told us to make them smaller She had an excuse for everything. Terrible experience.
