Hog Heaven B-q - Daytona Beach

Had today for Mother’s Day was not impressed very disappointed. Strouts is not good won’t be back. Garlic bread was not garlic bread it was big loafs, bunch of fatty meat, sides were awful the fries are potato fries that literally came out like big potatoes, the only thing that was decent was are cheese sticks for appetizers. This place has really went downhill.

I think our servers name was Kevin? He was from NY and had worked there for 19 years! Excellent service!

Very tasty smoked pork and chickenOut for a walk and heard good things about this place. We ordered the Ribs, pulled pork and chicken to go. It was all delicious!! I loved the tender smoked chicken!! Will deff go back when in the area for a sit down meal. My only complaint was when meals were being delivered, the sides of beans and such were in nice size bowls and full. Our to-go sides were in tiny little 2-3oz plastic containers. That's not right!!! We paid the same amount as eat in patrons and didn't leave a mess or dirty dishes to clean up!!!

Went there based on a locals recommendation. Wife had the pulled chicken with okra and green beans, I ordered the killer potato with brisket. Not sure if it was an off day for them, but the food was not good. Chicken was super dry and the brisket was tough as a boot. Cooked too fast or was several days old. The only enjoyable thing was the Dr Peppers! I don't recommend it. Sorry, Hog Heaven gotta do better...

Very good food. Only reason we gave it a 4 star was service was a little slow. We sat at our table for 10 minutes before anyone greeted us.
