My order took about 10 minutes to arrive, but it was incorrect, so I returned everything. Once they fixed my order, I discovered that something was missing: my fries had been taken away. Not only that, but they refused to return them because the woman said she thought I had eaten them, even though she had actually thrown away my entire order. I felt poorly treated and didn't receive what I paid for. The manager told me I could speak to the district manager tomorrow morning. By the way, I live in Orlando.

They have the best crispy spicy chicken sandwiches around, even better than Chick-fil-A and other places. I genuinely believe it's the best available right now, and the two for $4 deal is unbeatable!

My wife placed an online order for our family, and we went to pick it up. We waited by the front window for someone to arrive. I was hoping to grab the drinks from the counter, but no one came to help. Then I noticed that a delivery truck was there, and the side door was open, so I knocked. Instead of quickly fetching our food, the staff focused on the delivery.

Extremely slow. even if the walkable window was opened, we were told as a big group that the drive thru and the delivery priority will go over ordering, no matter who ordered first.

Absolutely disrespectful and terrible service they have this speaker box that can’t get anything write then the fry guy completely messes up my order talking about my wife’s a never go here again
