Burger King - Daytona Beach

The owner must repair the air conditioning, apologise to the employees and give them all increases. no one should work in summer without A/C for weeks at the end!

That's the worst Burger King I had. this place is a terrible place to go. first, they go to the cashier to be greeted rudely with an rude ton while the cashier is on their phone. then, go to order their food, they get information that they do not have a main ingredient in their most popular food item, the whopper. they then see a massive cockroache on the floor! then, half an hour later they get their food, then after reading the acknowledgement they realize that they have their order completely wrong, not even give them what they ordered, if they even have an appetit at this place due to the cockroach. at this point, they have waited, as long as they may take what they give them, as the cashiers prefer to be on their handy than to help customers. burger worst king ever and not recommended.

I'm working closer and I came here a lot. management is changing and quality is sown every time. the new management has made sure I don't come back. I went there two days ago and bought a Hepper combo, but they were out of pommes. dinge pass) but I did not get a discount to not get my full meal. So I asked, since I don't have pommes, I can get mozzarella sticks. not only did it calculate the FULL value instead of a part of the combo, but also the offer not considered as replacement. the food quality was about the worst I had here. cold and old. Worst fast food place I've ever been to. Waited at the window for 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged, finally went inside to be told they ONLY had whoppers and tater tot's. So either the manager really dropped the ball and didn't order any of their food to be in stock OR the manager was off duty and the employees are lazy and lied. Not to mention it's so dirty in there it should be a health hazard. Stay away.

*TOURIST VISTORS BEWARE* We will never, EVER come back to this location. We knew when we pulled in that it was going to be bad inside but OH MY GOD. There was food all over the floor, milkshake machine had obvious residue all over it. No clean tables, full trash cans. Ketchup and mysterious liquds on tables/counters. There was a worker picking her face and then preparing food. Windows were disgustingly gross. Like really bad. Burger smelt funny, just overall really bad. We threw our food out at Wawa when we went over there to get a lunch that wouldn't make us sick.
