I absolutely adored the cauliflower dish at this restaurant. I enjoy spicy food, and it was incredibly delicious. The greens were also seasoned perfectly and packed with flavor. Chef Shamika's Eatery is a 100% vegan restaurant and she is a master at creating delicious dishes like the crispy cauliflower kale! It is perfectly baked, crispy, well-seasoned, and has just the right amount of spice. My personal favorite is her fried chicken sandwich, it truly rivals KFC!
