Starting from the TOP of Toco Bell . It's not always about the money but that's the way they roll.
Ordered through doordash and when my order was delivered nothing in bag was what I ordered. i contacted doordash who sent my order back to the store for redelivery. i tried numerous times to contact the store and phone contiued to ring with no answer. doordash was able to speak to someone who informed them that even though they confirmed the order for redelivery they would not remake it because the order was already sent out
Every time I order from here, my order is wrong. Not just a random mistake. This is an intentional culture here if providing terrible service to Door Dash customers. Manager doesn't do anything about it.
I have to give 1 star because apparently I can't put in no stars. The new double steak grilled cheese burrito was ABSOLUTELY NOT worth $6.79. As you can see from the pictures of what we recieved it was not what was displayed. This is a sorry excuse for a burrito. 90% of it was tortilla. Shame on you Taco Bell. Something of that quality belongs on the dollar menu and I'm not sure I would even buy it then.
I ordered food online, and then my ride decided they were hungry. So I wanted to make a second order after the one I paid for, and the lazy ghetto workers were severely ignorant, and nonchalant. They all need training on dealing with high stress moments when they are slow. As well as customer service skills.
