I am a doordasher and every time I pick up here, the customer always complains about time and quality of food. don't waste your time.

I think only one or two people worked so it took a little longer to get through the thrufood drive: 4/5

We actually waited for almost 25 minutes in their drive-thru. they cannot leave the line after they order, because it is a concrete one that does not allow it. Once we got this, it was cold, and all honesty we love rallys, but never would go back to troutwood.

Horrible experience I was in the drive thru line for 42 mins. After placing my order which was chicken tenders I drove to the window and my food wasn't even cooked yet
