Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Dayton

The tenders were really crispy and delicious however the honey mustard sauce seemed off. In my opinion it tasted like it might have been cross contaminated with a cleaner or something so we stopped using it. The sauce was not acceptable to all three people in our party. The regular Cane sauce was good though.

I normally love Canes. I will not return to this location. Service was far from friendly. Staff at the drive through was busy goofing off and horseplaying and could barely be bothered to pack up your order and get it to you. Mine was missing a few items and I had to ask for the missing items. I was treated ad though I was lying and had to show the person in the window each item I had received to prove I was missing the items I claimed I was missing. The young adults working at this location have horrible work ethics and don't deserve the jobs they have. Luckily for me there are other Canes locations, just a little farther away from home. But I will not return here. Overall, food quality was mediocre. Tenders were not hot. Did not seem fresh. They goofed up 2 of our drinks and to save themselves time just handed us 2 drinks at random which were not the right content but a larger size. Service was pathetic. Servers were argumentative and disrespectful. I wish I had names to go with the feedback. For that I apologize.

I decided to try this restaurant because it seemed to be quite popular. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the food. There was no BBQ sauce available, and the Cane's sauce didn't taste great to me. It felt more like Thousand Island dressing with a heavy dose of black pepper. The coleslaw wasn't impressive either. The chicken was decent, but there was nothing to dip it in, which was a letdown. The fries were passable, but overall, I don't understand why this place is so well-regarded. By the way, is Big Mac sauce the same as Thousand Island dressing? I'm not sure.

The food is always fantastic, and the staff is wonderful, making me feel right at home. I do have one complaint—this is my first regarding this place—about the activation of 0 out of the 3 requested Caniac Reward Club cards, which is forgivable. However, their service definitely deserves five stars!

I had never been to this restaurant before, and my experience was just okay. The food was decent, but I wouldn't say it was amazing. Would I return? Maybe, but it's definitely not my top pick. It felt a bit pricey, and the noise level was quite high! Why are so many dining places so loud?
