Milanos - Dayton

Stopped in because they have gluten free pizza and so happy we did!! The bar was full so we got a table. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza on gluten free crust- wow- this was one of the best pizzas I have ever had! Would highly recommend! All the other Menu food looked great and great beer selection as well! The one I circled in the picture was a fantastic IPA with great flavor. Will definitely be back!

Whoa, what has happened to this place? Waited 10 minutes to be seated in a half full dining room. Met promptly by our waitress and drinks and a buffalo cauliflower order were put in. We were told they were out of ranch. Visited the restroom and they were filthy floors littered with paper towels, toilets soiled and very unclean, sinks littered with soggy paper towels and water everywhere. Back at the table the menus were spackled with some type of purple mess, gross. Buffalo cauliflower was good but would have been better with ranch. Food ordered but when it arrived my wife's pizza was wrong. The manager said he would handle it. The rest of us ate and after 20 minutes her ordered was returned to find it wrong again same problem. The waitress left this one as my wife was very hungry at this point and just dealt with the wrong order. New manager on shift brought 3rd order out and it was correct. Waitress brought the bill with no comp on it for the wrong order three times. Asked her to resolve with the manager who comped the pizza but blamed the previous manager on duty. The waitress told us she had similar issues with orders in her shift that day and was frustrated. The attention to detail and uncleanliness have left us unhappy with what had been one of our favorites.

We have been here many of times. Everything, I repeat, everything has been delicious. The staff is busy but does check up every now and again.

Aweful last visit before moving to Florida. We placed the order on April 29th. 2024 at around 7:20pm. We ordered a large Pep Honey pizza that was not cut at all. Luckily, we did not pack all of our utensils! I also ordered the Italian meats calzone add mushrooms. There was no mushrooms in it! I swear, almost every time I order, something is wrong. There was no use in calling and complaining because we're moving. Anyways, nothing but a bunch of stoners... stay away!

Wow...been while since I 've been back and all I can say is a wow, what happened? ....to be fair food was still solid, but the service in the bar, Ariana, and a very rude Manager, Jamie, gave me reason to never return! Bartender wrote nothing down, got order wrong and then at the steer of Jamie, overcharged us for subs...we ordered 2 full subs, asking only that 1/2 of each was cooked and the other half uncooked, to be fresh to bake at home. We got our bill and learned for the first time that she rang us up for 4, 1/2 subs more expensive. Baffled by this math we asked to speak to the Manager; enter Jamie. She tried to defend this lunacy by saying that they cook subs then cut them and by cutting it first, it becomes 4 sandwiches...explaining we have been coming there and doing this for last 15 years doing this, she cared not. I also let her know the order was wrong and service was slow, but we let that slide. Plus, this BS this was losing Milanos a 15 year customer and her bartender a great tip, she cared not...re-enter the bartender yelling from 3 feet away; I don 't care ...I looked up at now 2 Managers defending their position and explained that I believed Ariana, because she treated us like she did not care as our server. Adios Milanos my old friend...been a good ride but I don 't go out to get verbally abused by bartenders/servers and managers that are terrible at their jobs!
