Mcdonald's - Dayton

I made a purchase and contacted the 800 number on the receipt regarding my displeasure with the mail. I’ve left several messages and they will not return my call.

The restaurant has good food and is better than others nearby, but their ice machine is often broken. We prefer going to another restaurant nearby for ice. However, when we did eat there, my parents and I ordered chocolate and vanilla shakes but received a strawberry shake instead. We politely informed the staff of the mistake and they quickly corrected it.

That is the most gracious and nastieste place where I have ever been a ghetto, which was absolutely worth knowing, had kept me waiting for a few minutes to talk about absolutely nothing to her coworker when I just sat for a few minutes, the nerve had to say with an rude ghetto voice, I wait for her order and they sat up! After I appeal the fact that I waited in harmony with the knowledgeable attention, stared with me to argue out of the reason if I were her, I would not go to this place ever if it were to treat customers like those who go and pay for eating and pay there

This McDonald's is really awful. We had to drive through and wait an hour to receive our food, which arrived cold and incorrect. My sister's burger had pickles instead of ketchup, and my fiance ordered a double bacon cheeseburger but received a plain quarter pounder. The burgers were dry and overcooked. It's no wonder this location has a low rating of 2.9 stars.

I have worked at this restaurant. There is discrimination against white people. The food is not as hot as advertised and the general manager is unprofessional. I was not fired for any justified reason. The restaurant is in need of a new general manager as some employees and managers are rude.
