Little Caesars Pizza - Dayton

We visited today and found the restaurant bustling with activity. There were only three women working, and they were working incredibly hard to serve everyone. Even when faced with a rude customer, the lady at the front continued to serve me with a smile, despite the large number of orders she was handling. I was really impressed and commend these ladies for their dedication and fantastic customer service attitude.

The food is excellent, but getting it can be a challenge. Online ordering is rarely available—only about 10% of the time—and they rarely answer the phone. When you do go in, nothing is hot and ready. Be prepared to wait a long time in the store.

Ordering online gets you nowhere. Set a time for a the future...it 'll be ready 30-45 minutes after that. Door Dash will be the same issue. This is a recurring problem at this location. I 'd avoid it at all costs. Don 't expect a Hot and Ready ...nothing is ever ready.

Great service done online. Pizza was very good and tasty. Customer service was cool especially since he was by himself. The only down side was when going online you can't put your request in a comment section. I like garlic butter. The cashier took very good care of me. I thank you

Where do I start? This place used to be quite decent for cheap pizza in front of the whole Covid thing. Now it is only batteriesaure filled cardboard that you have to cut yourself! Hard pass these days. It's better to eat dog food. 1/5
