Kfc - Dayton

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two breasts and a wing. Instead, I received a breast, a thigh, and a very small wing. The fries were overcooked and dry. I'll be choosing the other KFC location from now on.

I visited last night, November 8, 2022, and the restaurant was incredibly busy. However, the staff managed it exceptionally well. The manager, who has reddish-brown hair, showed impressive customer service skills and clearly cares about the customers. These ladies are truly a gem!

The food was quite good, and the dining area was kept in great condition. However, the restrooms had a somewhat unpleasant smell.

The food was delicious and the drive-thru service was fast, but they forgot to include the dipping sauce I had requested. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Next time, I'll make sure to remind them at the window.

The restaurant has a charming atmosphere, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is that there have been occasional mix-ups with the side dishes I ordered. However, this is a minor issue overall.
