Domino's Pizza - Dayton

I often have frustrating experiences with this Domino's location. Half the time, my order arrives an hour or more late, and the other half, the order is incorrect. The customer service here leaves much to be desired. If my delivery is wrong, I don't want a credit; I want a refund. They only offer to either credit my account or resend the correct item, but the right item should have been delivered the first time! I don’t want to wait another hour for food when it’s already late. I'm considering switching back to ordering from local pizza places. Additionally, I had to speak with three different people about my pizza issue, which is just ridiculous. Two of them were quite rude and interrupted me while I was trying to explain the problem. I called in calmly, just looking for a solution.

The first time we ordered pizza from this location, we didn’t receive the text notifications that were supposed to let us know when our food was ready. As a result, we discovered our pizza was cold by the time we found out it was done. However, the management reached out to me the next day and generously offered a gift certificate for a free pizza to compensate for the experience, even though the issue was caused by a technical glitch and not their fault. I am truly impressed by the integrity, efficiency, and outstanding customer service provided by the staff at this Domino's location. Plus, every pizza we’ve ordered has been delicious!

Ordered pizza, chessey bread and pasta. Everthing was fresh and hot and enjoyed it immensely. Way to go Dominos 5 stars to day. Happy Customer.

I try to avoid this dominos because I always wake up with stomach pain and feeling sick after it. My boyfriend and I wanted pizza so decided to go. They shorted the amount of chicken that I ordered and paid for and the Philly steak on my pizza had little white parts that looked like either worms or mold. Didn’t really look like fat so idk what that was. I also hate that they are asking for tips now when you do carry out. Like why is that a thing now? Service is fairly friendly but not worth going back after last night.
