Chopstix - Dayton

While passing through Dayton on a Friday evening, I stumbled upon a charming restaurant called Chopstix and decided to have an early dinner. I was initially intrigued by the name and was delighted to discover that they served pho, my favorite comfort food. The server, JosÃ, was friendly and efficiently ran the restaurant by himself. Although I enjoyed the pho, I wished there were more rice noodles included for the price.

My family regularly orders from Chopstix at least twice a month. The food is always fresh and the service is great. When I order the chicken fried rice, there is a generous amount of chicken mixed in and the vegetables are perfectly cooked. I recently tried the wonton soup and enjoyed the variety of vegetables in it, although the broth could have used a touch more salt.

I have been visiting this restaurant once a week for the past 3 years and have always received fantastic service. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. Even though the owners' English is a bit limited, this family-run business is a gem in Dayton and definitely deserves your support.

Very good food and service. Disregard the reviews before 2018 since new owners now have the restaurant. I get a healthy balanced meal for about the same cost as a burger combo deal.
