Juicy hot chicken, tender basted. Skin is not crispy. Chips are nice, ok portion. Not super busy, but the front desk service is poor to none. The food service was not much better, Cutlery was a bit dirty, and everything was a bit untidy.

A big fan of Nandos. Great chicken, crunchy fries, good service and atmosphere. If you love your chicken, you should have nandos. The peri-peri sauce makes it special. Definitely visit again.

If you're looking for some delicious, mouth-watering chicken, Nando's is definitely the place to go! Despite being short-staffed during my recent visit, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They worked tirelessly to ensure that all customers were attended to in a timely manner, and their positive attitude truly brightened up my day. The food was simply amazing, with a variety of wonderful flavors that had me coming back for more. Although they were short-staffed, I was impressed with how well they managed to maintain a high level of service and quality. All in all, I had a fantastic experience at Nando's and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and wonderful service.

We tried Nando's Lower Hutt last night for dinner we were surprised at the negative reviews we had read prior to trying it. The staff were friendly helpful the chicken chips were very flavorsome cooked well. Based on this visit, we would happily recommend to others.

Hot half chicken with peri peri chips, So far the best out of all nandos in NZ. Loved it!
