Tim Hortons - Dawson Creek

I don't understand why they run around people and I'm the only one in the line and it takes minutes to use. I understand that they are trying to prioritize the trip, but why even keep the lobby open when they have no one to help visible people. and minutes are not exaggerated, it was closer to minutes and had different people, including the manager, to go with whom I said hello every time, just being ignored. I understand that they have priorities and I'm just another customer, but at least say that I'll be with them in a minute or so. no great start tomorrow
