As it had been a very long day on the road with more in front of us, we decided on take out and discovered the Mile 0 Pizza and Pasta. Note that the Mile 0 Pizza and Pasta is predominately a take out business although they do have a few tables for eat in. The staff were super friendly and helpful in putting our order together and 30 minutes later we were enjoying a delicious pizza at our campground with some locally brewed BC beer - an amazing meal - the pizza toppings were plentiful and it was cooked to perfection! Super Yummy!
Excellent spot to have real home cooked French foodRequires an annual membership fee of 7 eurosMeal is pre-fixe at 9 euros.
This is an unusual place, it probably wouldn't be everyone's first choice, but I enjoyed the experience, and I'd go back again.
The BBQ chicken is the worst BBQ chicken I've ever had. Felt like like I was eating a can of pineapple on a cracker. No discernable bbq sauce. I will say the chicken seemed like it was only a few days old. The Canadian pizza was significantly better but still not better then the old McDonald's pizza. Do yourself a favor stick with the chain pizza shops. Prob won't cost you 56$ for barely edible carboard.
It's a bit of a scam, they wouldn't deliver the 12" pizza because it was under $25 so I had to order the 14" just for myself. The same guy who ordered was the same guy delivering and told me he had to pay his driver $5 to deliver and pretty sure he was also the owner. I ordered the meat lovers which was with hamburger and Bologna. I couldn't find the sausage or bacon. It was an ok pizza. I usually trust the old franchises when it comes to ordering pizza but thought I would take a chance. Won't happen again.
