Cheechako's Bake Shop - Dawson City

We had the most delicious sandwich here on August 8. It was thinly sliced roast pork on a panini roll with bacon jam and I believe arugula. The pork was roasted with spruce tip syrup. An outstanding sandwich...wish we lived closer to have it again

Excellent food!! Morning Breakfast Sandwhich, Blueberry muffins, fresh turkey sandwhiches, frosen turkey pies. All the food there is fresh and excellent. :

Stopped for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. I had the honey glazed pork loin sandwich. All sandwiches are on their house made buns which are awesome. The rest of the family had muffins and scones. I snuck bites and all were fantastic. Great place to go if you're trying to pack a lot into a day.

In 2018 my wife and I traveled to Alaska through Dawson City. We had been doing bakeries all along the way and we’re ranking them by where the best of whatever pastry was made. Cheechakos won our vote then for the best muffin anywhere. This year we were back in Dawson City and made a point to stop by for our morning sweets. I bought a scone this time and I have to say it was the best scone I’ve eaten anywhere. Nice and crispy on the outside with a perfect crumb. These people know what they’re doing in the kitchen. Don’t miss it if you’re in Dawson City.

We each had a breakfast sandwich and shared a scone. Extremely awesome! Fantastic. Outstanding.
