Triple J Hotel Restaurant - Dawson

Had a pretty good chicken sandwich at the restaurantLate seasonWasn't amazing, wasn't at all badJust average.

Tuesday night is a burger and brew for 12. Basically your beer is free! You can get a side salad for 2 or 3 dollars if you need more. The meal was very good. I got a garden salad for 13. The prices were very good for the area and all of the food looked great. Go somewhere else for something fancy.

I stayed in the annex which is new. The room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable and the location is great to explore town from. I left my car parked and just walked. The restaurant I ate breakfast in 2 times and the food was fair and reasonable priced as well. I would stay again.

My wife and I had dinner on the deck on a beautiful evening.The menu is starkly limited. This is more a lunch place than dinner. My wife settled on the fish tacos and I on fish-&-chips. The tortillas surrounding the tacos were not heated (a death knell in my wife's opinion). My f&c were OK, but nothing special. Service was mediocre.We might come back for lunch, but NOT dinner.

We came here as it was suggested as a good spot - had a kids menu which is a plus. The food was bar food - wings - burgers - salads - sandwiches. Would be more of a lunch menu than dinner menu. Family side closes at 9 which is sad as things should be open a bit later for families especially since it's tourism season. The food was ok -- think there are better choices in Dawson city. The service was less than ok - felt like we were inconveniencing the staff with our family arriving.
