Most of our experiences at TGI Fridays have been quite similar, with good customer service and tasty food. However, this particular restaurant stood out as we were treated to exceptional service and excellent food.

The waiter was excellent, but unfortunately, the food from the kitchen was quite bad. I won't be coming back!

Please be aware that Friday's restaurants in South Florida, particularly in Broward County, are declining in terms of food quality, service, appearance, standards, and cleanliness.

On a Tuesday night there was hardly anyone. I have a speck cheeseburger one around and koks and some ridden before our movie in cinema.

We called in the morning to make a reservation for 7 o'clock. he was at 7 in the dot and after waiting for about 7 minutes at the entrance because no one was there, the host came out and told us that it was even with reservation a 30 to 45 minutes waiting period. the restaurant was half empty, so that according to my opinion, more personal, especially at weekends, to train with a better service and also, better your host to be more polite, because there are no excuses of any kind for inconvenience. By the way, it was an inconvenient because we had tickets for the movie at 20:30 a.m., so we ended to leave and closed to almost food restaurant, so that we can be back in time for the movie.
