Contribuiți la feedbackTonight, I ordered The Monster through the app with an additional 50% meat for an extra $1.75. However, when I received my order, it did not have the extra meat. When I questioned the server about it, she quickly changed the topic. This does not even resemble The Monster. It's outrageous how they deceive and overcharge their customers.
Whenever I order online from this restaurant, they always mess up my order. If I am able to get through to them on the phone, they usually get it right. I even leave a note with my order, but they still don't get it right. My suggestion is to avoid ordering from this location altogether.
I arrived at the restaurant today around lunchtime, between 12-1pm. At first, I was a bit hesitant because it was crowded and I usually don't receive the best service in such situations, as the workers tend to be overwhelmed (I'm talking about fast food restaurants in general). However, the two ladies working today, one of whom I believe was a manager whose name started with an "S," worked together amazingly to get our food and online orders done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Though it did take some time for everything, their positive attitude and calm demeanor made the wait bearable. I was not frustrated or disappointed at all. Thank you for the great service and delicious food. I hope to see you ladies again soon.
I have NEVER EVER SEEN SUCH A DISGRACE IN A RESTAURANT EVER! I'm not sure which ones were worse the so called manager didn't know how to to answer anything about the restaurant or the app. The kids that worked there were rude, disrespectful, and very slow on purpose because they were not in a hurry! It shouldn't take 30mins to make 2 sandwiches!!I don't recommend this place at all!! I would say order beforehand but that was a joke as well they still made you wait for your food another 15mins after you arrived.I understand now why this place goes through so much GM and staff. Whoever owns this district really needs to step up and take responsibility for this mess. Stop hiring bodies and start hiring responsible adults!
NEVER ORER ONLINE:they have gotten my online order wrong 3 different times, I go in and they're helpful and can make the sandwich right, but I see no point in wasting my time and gas to order online only to get home and having to go back because they forget half of the stuff that goes on the sandwich even though they have the ORDER RECEIPT in front of them.
