The food was too spicy (green chilly, pepper, red chilly with no taste. I'm local and did visit with family. It's overpriced, 180 per person for the kind of meal they serve.

An amazing place. Doesn't look great from the main road. But once in, is lovely. Very personalised service with the owner himself adding a homely touch The place serves meals chapati and jowari roti meals. Varied items in the thali that go with it, all unimited. Sweet and rice dishes are very good: 150 rupees per meal. Quick and courteous service. Only flip is there is no parking. But some metres away, vehicles can be placed. If you are travelling from Bengaluru side of the highway, must get into the city on the old PB road and go straight. The restaurant is near the Moti circle on the left side. Must go place.

Makes your soul happy and along with that your body as well. They do N Karnataka cuisine exceedingly well, and have great ambience and service to go with it. Owner is a gem of a person ! Must have !

If you are driving from Mumbai to Bangalore, take a halt at this awesome place for lunch .authentic north kanara meal which is tasty , fresh , nutritious and wholesome . The taste is divine . Park your vehicle near the inspection bungalow and walk to this heaven

So many recommendations for this place..... felt our visit to this city would be incomplete without eating here. Assembly line service, with no time for interaction and personal attention. Asked for ghee or butter to go with the shengai pudi and yellu pudi....... no response on its availability. The food is average and really does not do justice to the excellent north karnataka cuisine. The pulao rice was below par, and not hot.... which for a meals place like this should be ensured. It has made its name, and I guess it will draw crowds based on past reviews.
