Pirates And Grill - Dauphin Island

This place was recommended to me by a local. Boy, that wasn't disappointed! I had the Blackened Shrimp BLT with Coleslaw and roasted Okra. Amazing! This sandwich was the best shrimp sandwich I ever had. And this view! To die. I went down and went to the beach after my meal. This place is a must for Dauphin Island. I dropped at 4:30 without waiting. I'm told this place can be pretty busy later in the evening, so make your reservations!

We really enjoyed the view there, but the seat was the most out of the window so seat at the bar. Our bartender was Ahke great. We were just a mother and I was a bar corner party. The food was great, but the atmosphere was better. Would recommend it again.

This place is a great place to eat. The location is on the Alabama historical register since it was the Dauphin Island Country Club in the 60s and 70s. The architecture was really cool and the view was amazing. The food was great. I added a picture of the darkened Mahi Tacos. The portions were dimensioned well and they did not sneak on the meat. When you visit, go to the top floor and eat there... it is worth the trip.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is excellent as well. If you're in search of an incredible menu, this is definitely the spot for you. I highly recommend trying the Royal Red Sauté. The menu offers a fantastic selection, too.

Outstanding! We had a fantastic experience with the food, service, atmosphere, and music! This is a wonderful place to eat, and I'm thrilled to give it a 5-star rating. We had brunch, and everyone loved their meals. I had the crab cake dish, my husband opted for the BEC burger, and our son chose the chicken and waffles. The staff was incredibly friendly! Be sure to pay a visit—you won’t regret it!
