Quality is the worst of any sweetgreen I’ve been to. The mixed greens are wilted and decomposing half the time. The chicken is hard more than half the time. The servings are often smaller than other locations (or than make sense). Yet still $20+ for a salad. Please do better.

Witnessed employee making my salad by using her hand to grab the all ingredients and put it in my bowl instead of the designated scoopers. Not only is this incredibly unsanitary, it also cross contaminates all of the ingredients making them completely unacceptable for people with allergies.

Its a great sweetgreen and glad that there is one here great healthy food at great speed and decent price

I waited an hour for my food just for them to tell me last minute it was canceled ?‍ I’m hungry and sad I really wanted my food.
