Big shame the table wasnt ready on time (30 minute wait, bare in mind you pay to book a table and if you are 15 minutes late they can cancel your reservation and keep the money), we were first greated by an american bold waiter that was very rude (seriously think he doesnt belong in a place like Hakkasan), thankfully we were also served by a very professional and kind spanish waiter that made up for it.
Food was great! Although do wish the entrees came with rice and just add the cost to the dish. Got the green Nile soft cocktail which was delicious and so were the dim sum.
Atmosphere is beautiful, great music playing had to Shazam a few songs! The half Peking duck dish is incredible, took me right back to Beijing. The Hakka was my favorite drink, had quite a few of those. Daniel was our server and he was incredible! Such an incredible experience.
Great and humbling experience. Our honest and kind server Bruno is exceptional! His attention to detail and knowledge should be the standard in dining. Food was amazing, will be back as long as the service is up to par with my recent visit.
What an experience! Elodie was a fantastic waitress and explained the menu, prompt and attentive. We ordered the Dim sum platter, which was my first experience and was so delicious. The crispy Szechuan beef with mango was good. The honey Chilean sea bass was simply amazing. Melts in your mouth with a pop of flavor. The udon noodles with duck were delicious. It's not too greasy, with a punch of pepper and just enough duck. The orange chicken was much better than expected. It wasn't overly cooked, and the sauce was tasty. Vermicelli noodles were a hit as well. You can't go wrong with their options. We loved the ambiance.
