Ta Diktia - Dassia

We ate 3 nights at this restaurant during our week in Corfu. The setting is very nice, ideal for a romantic dinner. The staff is very careful. The dishes and cocktails are very good choice of alcohol-free cocktails. I recommend the dishes and starters specialities of Greece/Corfu. Here you sit right by the water, attentive service and a great ambience. We had eggplant dip and octopus in vinegar as starters. The fish of the day and the pastiziada were a hit. Located behind a very narrow and stoney part of the beach of Dassia and a footpath with people walking by, this bar/restaurant is a great place to spend a lot of time and money soaking up the sun , relaxing and people watching. It has nice views out into the bay and is well away from the noise of the road that runs through Dassia. Recommended. Nice taverna with a modern atmosphere and good service right by the sea. 2 sun loungers are available for €10, drinks such as Mythos beer 500ml) for €4, Aperol Spritz €7) and a good Greek salad €8.20). Main courses cost between €10 and €20, depending on what you choose fish seafood are a little more expensive). Good moussaka, delicious tzatziki. If you are looking for a quiet, slightly more modern, nicely furnished place right on the water, this is the right place for you. Well mixed crowd and very nice, attentive service. Because we only went to the beach after an early dinner around 6 p.m., we were given two sun loungers for free.
