Oishi Ya Japanese: Sushi Train

We had dinner here last night and when a vegetarian family was satisfied with everything. The staff showed very friendly all suitable dishes for us and made adjustments to avoid Bonito flakes. There was a lot of choice, the portions were generous, the food was thoroughly delicious and the staff was nice. Would definitely recommend!

My first time with a sushi train. Not much of a selection, but were informed that it offered much more during the lunch break. However, the menu was packed with variety and cheap. Nice staff, great tasting food and fast service.

Excellent Japanese cuisine in the heart of Darwin. I've eaten two times to Oishi-ya. Had the Tokyo Ramen. The Chashu roast pig was so tender, melted in my mouth. Had the Deluxe Bento Box with Teriyaki beef. DELICIOUS. One of the best Bento I've ever had! Everything was delicious. 2 spring rolls, 2 takoyaki, salad, oldashi tofu, rice, dung soup and the Teriyaki beef were excellent! Try her sushi next time from the sushi train.

The Tokyo Ramen, the broth was on the salty side, the noodles was a tad hard, but the pork portion was generous and overall good for its price. The service was pleasant and we enjoyed the experience.

Close to authentic Japanese. Bento box was very good and Ramen wasn't bad. Sushi on the belt was not very appetising.
