Tim Hortons - Dartmouth

I can always count on my coffee being made perfectly here. I make a point to visit whenever I can because the customer service is excellent. They also have a parking lot in the back. However, I’ve noticed that even when there are up to five cars in line, someone can pull into the rear parking space and skip ahead past four cars. It feels unfair, but I realize that's out of their control. I’m puzzled as to why they have a double drive-thru since only one lane is ever open during weekday mornings. It's frustrating, but I understand that staffing can be an issue.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and my coffee was perfect. We sat in the dining room, which was clean and inviting.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, thanks to the excellent service. My phone wouldn’t cooperate, but the staff went out of their way to assist me with the Tim’s app and the cash situation. And as always, the coffee and donuts were excellent!

When at work, I make sure to bring an order for all my team members and we always make a run for Tims. At times our orders have been mixed and messed up during the shear volume, but in all we love our Tim Horton meals and their quality.
