Thai Express - Dartmouth

I initially enjoyed Thai Express when it first opened on my route, but I now find the prices to be too high for the quality of food. The location in Dartmouth Crossing is larger than other locations, with beautiful seating and wall paintings. I was impressed by the atmosphere of the restaurant. I appreciate how vegan-friendly and well-advertised the vegan options are at Thai Express, with everything clearly marked on the menu and a vegan chart displayed at the cashier and windows. However, my main issue is the cost - I don't believe the food justifies the prices, especially considering the extra charge for tofu. I also found the food to be bland. Overall, I prefer our local Thai restaurant which offers better quality and value for money.

I hate giving negative reviews, but I couldn't find a way to contact this restaurant directly. Today I ordered an 8-dollar mango salad for lunch, which came in a tiny container with iceberg lettuce and about 6 slices of unripe mango on top. It lacked dressing, despite the description on the menu board. When I asked for some, I was told to help myself to fish sauce from a self-serve dispenser. I don't expect much from a fast food Thai restaurant, but this was disappointing.

I have previously ordered from other Thai express restaurants and had good experiences. However, the food I received from this place through SkipTheDishes was terrible. The pad Thai was dry and lacked sweetness, only including one piece of broccoli, a few carrot slices, and some bean sprouts. I requested it to be spicy, but it was bland instead. Overall, the quality was disappointing and not up to par.

Will never be found again to this place a house flying in my eating boiled! absolutely disgusting
