No great experience. we were once before when it was called carnival, but we had to send our food back and it was more than a court. we never complain, but it wasn't nice at all. they gave us a discount, as my man said, he wouldn't pay for these dishes. when it had changed its name and from outside it looked different, we thought we would go on it. we waited at the door. the waitress/manager was rude, very ignorant, didn't talk to us just leading us to the table. We waited 25 minutes and talked, but no one came by or looked at us. we saw someone who sent back to eat, so we left. we had to go back through the restaurant to go and no one says a word

All spoilt by them refusing to put the heating on The restaurant is ridiculously cold and we are in November..!!! We asked for heating to be put on and they just ignored us so we left without eating and went somewhere more comfortable
