Wendy's - Darlington

I would put zero Stars if I could but they make me put one star. I was traveling out of state and decided to eat at this Wendy 's. As I ordered I asked Sherrie for Frosty which she then said they didn 't have any. I got to the window and asked about the Frosty and she said they didn 't have the stuff to put in the machine. I was ok with that. I got my food. She closed the window without asking me if I needed anything else. I waited for her to come back and I then asked for ranch. She gave me one. I ordered about $35 worth of food so I asked for a few more. She was very rude and very disrespectful and told me I had to pay. So I told her I would but she continued to be rude. I payed for my ranchs. And she shut the window again. I needed my receipt so I waited till she came to the window again. She slammed the window open and said what do you want at me. She continued to be disrespectful as I got my receipt. I feel no one should have to deal with that type of employee when they come to your business. I love Wendy 's but when I experience situations like this it makes me not want to eat at your business.

Worst Wendy’s ever! Disgustingly dirty eating area; rude clerk and bathroom worse than bad gas station. Also, workers were bickering. Avoid it!!

An absolute disaster. Clerk was in slow motion. No coffee. In slow motion while preparing to process. Never a word spoken. I had to ask for cream and sugar. She dumped cream on the counter. I asked about sugar. She pointed. It was obvious that she did not want to be there. No wonder there is so little business. Not a single person in restaurant when we arrived, Two men came in while we were there.

Their very disrespectful and rude called about a job and she gunna say it’s our lunch time can u call back later… like u wouldn’t have to stress at lunch time if u took time to hire

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited.. 40 mins wait inside since the drive through was 7 cars long..utter chaos in the kitchen among the staff. No urgency, complete indifference and incompetence in following orders. After a reminder to process my order, I was finally served a cold cheeseburger and fries. Also why advertise products they don’t have? Asked for a peppermint frosty and was told they don’t sell it!! Y’all need to do an audit of this place or shut it down it’s really that bad…would give zero stars if I could.
