While on a road trip from Phoenix, AZ in June we visited and bought a variety of cheese from Brunkow. We went back again in October and a cheese maker brought out some warm freshly baked bread cheese that was delicious and some Avondale Truckle that was not in the case which is also delicious. We stocked up on their 12yr cheddar along with some 2, 3, and 10 yr cheddar and bread cheese since these are cheese that we enjoyed the most from our first stop. Regrettably we only bought 2 Avondale Truckle but luckily they do ship.

We drove 200 miles round trip to visit Brunkow Cheese! They make my absolute favorite baked cheese, in several varieties that I have never been able to find locally! When we arrived, they had plenty of fresh, squeaky cheese curds for sale in 1lb bags. My husband and I snacked on those on the way home, they are so delicious! I bought over a dozen of the baked cheeses and I was also informed that next time, I can order on their website to have the cheese has shipped directly to my home. How exciting!
