We couldn’t believe our luck, stumbling across Quattro Passi on our way to the Sydney Jewish Museum! This restaurant and wine bar is perfect, we ordered three dishes to share and they were all excellent! The lamb ragu pasta was sensational and voted best dish of our 4 day Sydney trip! Everything about this restaurant/wine bar was great: the ambience, the staff and definitely the food – the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, we did not have to wait too long for our meals and they were all cooked perfectly. The prices were amazing extremely reasonable!
This place oozes charm and atmosphere and thats with the Covid-19 restrictions. Coffee is great, there are prepared meals to take away but if you are cooking they also have the ingredients to purchase. Can't wait to actually sit down with a wine there when it's all over.
Is this what Italianish guys can offer in Sydney? I had a lunch dish. Some arugula salad with 3 pieces of halloumi. There were a lot of pure stalks in the salad. I’m Swiss and we have Italian food in our house cuisine. But I would consider that salad just too lifestyle and ignoring what good Italian food is like. The white win was warm. The expresso cold. And the pinnacle was the rock solid hard Browne. This is my third week in Sydney and this was and I guess will be the biggest disappointment of my 5 weeks stay in Sydney.
I had a wonderful lunch at this venue as it was nearby to my hotel and I wanted to visit a place that was not overly touristic. The food was lovely and the service was great, I would love to visit this location again on my return to Sydney.
