I ate here for dinner last night and it by far the WORST dining experience of my life. We were in a group of 6 and it took them 30 minutes to take our orders and another 30 minutes to bring our drinks out. We had booked a table but had to wait 15 minutes for one to open up, even though there were only about 3 people in the restaurant when we arrived. After over an hour wait we asked the one waitress several times how long it would be until our meals would arrive and each time she just said "I dunno" with no apology for the wait at all. The manager was sitting outside eating HIS meal talking to a woman all night and didn't seem bothered that all of his customers were hungry, agitated and waiting.  Our food finally arrived after waiting 1.5 hours and it arrived cold, the portions were tiny and it tasted greasy and flavourless.
